  • Hello Again!!!

    Hello everyone. I have actually been away for a while, but I am back on track for about a week now, and I feel great!!!! I've been drinking a gallon of water a day, and a multi vitamin, vitamin b complex, and 1000 mcg of chromium picolinate to stop my tremendous chocolate cravings. What else should I be taking? My scale only reads up 300 lbs, and for a while it wouldn't read my weight, that is when I knew I really need to commit myself to a better way of life, and of eating. (It reads 289 now) So now I find myself in this forum again, since this is where I find great support!!!!!

          Getting back in the groove is the toughest part. Start developing those great habits that all Atkineer live by, and you'll see that scale keep moving all the way down. Glad you are back amongst us.

            The only thing I cant get into the groove is exercising. I take my son to the park in the mornings and do a little walking, but that is about it. I am going to check the exercise forum maybe I could join a challenge.
