    hi all, merry christmas to you all! i hope everyone has a nice atkins meal chicken, lamb and veggies emmm mmmmm . any how my question was are:

    Grinded garlic and ginger with green peppers allowed in induction?

    I would assume so - as long as you keep within the induction limits of
    Vegetables
    You can have two to three cups per day of:
    alfalfa sprouts, daikon , mushrooms, arugula , endive , parsley , bok choy , escarole , peppers , celery , fennel , radicchio , chicory , jicama , radishes , chives , lettuce , romaine lettuce . cucumber , mache , sorrel ,
    and if used as garnishes or in recipes (that is quantities like a tablespoon or so - not a whole cup)
    Herbs
    basil , garlic , rosemary , cayenne pepper , ginger , sage , cilantro , oregano , tarragon , dill , pepper , thyme

    F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )
