When I was on atkins 4 years ago I lost 35-40lbs but I eat alot of food, either on or off Atkins I eat alot. My husband can eat an 8 ounce steak, salad and call it done. But I can eat double that amount. Im always hungry. On Atkins, I ate tons and tons of meat, the allowable amount of veggies and etc but Im always hungry. Anyone else out there the same?
what can I do on induction to keep myself from always being hungry? I just ate a can of tuna, salad and 2 eggs and Im hungry!
