haha thanks everyone! Yesterday was even funnier. I was sat behind my computer all day, and when I got up to go to lunch, all the people the other side of the desks saw me stood up and just dropped their jaws in amazement. So in one weekend, I've talked numerous people into trying Atkins, and these people were previously anti-atkins!

That's so awesome! You look fantastic! I'm glad you were able to change people's minds about Atkins. My sis desperately needs to lose weight, but says she "just can't give up bread, pasta etc." I've told her that there are LOTS of substitutes she could make, but she just won't try. I'm hoping that by seeing me succeed, she'll give it a shot. I did talk her into taking my book home and reading it.. if not to try Atkins, then just to understand how it works. I'm hoping that she'll actually read it and see that it WILL help her. Again.. congrats!!

That is so common, I get that a lot. I don't think people realize there is not a diet out there that you don't have to give up something you love to eat. To me that means they are just not ready to face thier weight problems and take care of it. I think teaching them through your own success is a great way to do it !!
