I think that you can buy them at Konjac.com, but I have never purchased from them, because it would cost too much to ship to Canada. I originally was going to buy online, but found them in two Asian stores in my area (after visiting 4 Asian stores). You should be able to find them in the refridgerator case in these stores. They look like spaggetti floating in water in a plastic bag or sometimes they look like spaggetti tied in little bundles (I just untie the bundles). Sometimes they are called yam noodle (although it's nothing like the starchy yam we are used to) or konjac noodles, or glucomannon noodles, or konnyaku or shirataki. I know it's confusing, but you should be able to recognize them by the appearance. Check the ingredients if they are in English and make sure they only list yam flour, water and either calcium carbonate or hydrated lime. They should have an extremely low carb count. I have paid anywhere from 50 cents to 2.00 dollars for a 150 gram package.
