Been on induction for a week
I have weight my self, felt the scale was broken (for a bunch of reasons) Bought another, I couldn't read the dial good, so I found one I could read.
Well, I have 3 different weights and all more then I started with. SO I guess how much I weigh in general but I am going to pick one scale and only use that one. I have to re look at my diet. I know I most likely haven't been eating enough
my cal. has been on 1200 - 1500
My carbs mostly 20 and I wasn't deducting the fiber out.
I have been drinking water
The only thing I have done is 3 times this week I had a caparceno from DD, no sugar.
I guess that stalled me.
Well no more.
