I'm a bit worried, because my appetite is really low.....
All that I've eaten today is:
3 hard boiled eggs for breakfast
7 slices of the thin cheese slices
and for lunch i had a salad (approx 3 cups) with roasted chicken strips on top, and i put mayonnaise on it and cheese as well.
Dinner I just had 3 fried eggs cooked in oil.
I drank 3 litres of water today....
should I be worried about my calorie intake at all?
should i be eating more food?
please advise thanks! (I've been doing a clean induction for the past 9 - 10 days...
and taking my multi vit as well!
