I always thought that turnips would taste nasty. I have no idea why I would ever think that from not trying them. But this sounds really good. I think I may try them.

I was away today and for dinner my mil made scalloped potatoes. I had no problem passing them up. Didn't bother me a bit.

I made these today and they were PHENOMENAL. My husband agrees, and he can be picky about veggies.

Only problem's going to be not eating too many of them.
