There was actually a TV program, done in one of the European countries I think, about this. It aired on the SBS (multicultural TV channel in OZ) 2 or 3 years ago. These guys would take up with a plump girl and literally feed her to death. Then they'd go out and get another one! There is a name for it (should be murder!), but it is really, seriously weird and it sounds like you had a lucky escape.

I did not meet anyone until I took up with my DB 9 years ago, so I was 42! Admittedly, I lived in a rural area, but I worked in a major city and did meet lots of people. It will happen, all in its own good time. STick with ATkins and soon they'll be knowking you down for a date.

That is a truly bizarre story...(at least he was honest???!!!!)

Anyway, you do deserve to be with a guy who wants you to be healthy (on the inside and outside) not fit an "ideal" that he has conjured up (no matter what that is!)

Those folks are called "Feeders" (the men who feed the women) and "Feedees" (the women who eat). There's quite the underground community on the 'net for it. It's quite sad....the women feel happy to be getting all this attention, not to mention food...but eventually they are dumped (or worse) and then they're alone...

You just never know who, or what you'll meet over the internet!! I was fortunate I met DH on the net, after of course my share of duds! He did you a favour, by not wasting your time. On to the next I say! Congrats on being called too skinny. That was worth it in itself!!!

Yeah, Me and the fiancee saw that!

We were pretty horrified. There was this dude building a big house in the USA that had extra wide doors because he wanted his wife to be so big.

weird.... I guess some are attracted to olny skinny girls so its only logical for some to be attracted to only bigger girls... I just find it odd, that someone would be only attracted to one or the other... i think one day these people will realize there is way more to look at than how big or small someone is!

While I don't think it's wrong that he's attracted to a certain type/look (most of us are, at least to some extent) I do think that it was wrong of him to lead you on especially if he's involved with someone else.

The key is to find someone that you are attracted to inside AND out. I know I'd been through my fair share of frogs before I found my prince (online no doubt). Good luck to you.. he's out there!

I don't think you can classify this guy as being a "feeder". If he was he would have stuck around and fed her! He is what they call a "chubby chaser", men who are attracted to larger women. No one seems to think its wrong for men to be attracted to only skinny women..what is the difference? Some men like blonds some like red heads, so be it. I think its great that there is someone for everyone.
