    I just had a boring breakfast, kind of ate breakfast (3 hard boiled eggs) while drying my hair int he kitchen, and making my son's lunch at the same time lol

        Two eggs scrambled with Cream cheese (I no longer can eat plain scrambled eggs since I tried this) and 1 piece of flax bread with butter.

          I had 1 cup of cucumber mmmmmmmmmm scrambled eggs...with cheese, and water instead of milk, which tastes just as good. an a pork chop....thats alot of food, lol...my biggest meal of the day cause working afternoons SUCKS

            peppered ham and gouda cheese rollups with a few cherry tomatoes.

            Like Rich and Betty I never ate breakfast BA (before Atkins)!

              Two small chocolate peanut butter flax muffins with butter and 4 oz cottage cheese with a couple tablespoons of Uncle Sam's cereal and one packet Splenda mixed in.

                I had a slice of lc toast, with a slice of havarti cheese, a decaf coffee, and a couple of slices of cucumber.

                    Oh I forgot to say I have always been a breakfast eater, they say breakfast eaters are smaller, hmph imagine if I didn't eat breakfast how large I would've been! (I started at 227).

                      i'm still never hungry in the morning. i usually eat string cheese within' an hour of getting up and then a handful of celery or raw broccoli a couple hours later.

                        try not to have 'just veggies' as your snack - add some fat to them to help neutralise any insulin spikes Maybe some cream cheese or a highfat dip?

                          I had 7 slices of bacon and 1/2 of a small grapefruit (it was supposed to be a red one, but it was pink so now we can add "Texas Rio Star Ruby Red Grapefruit" to my short list of things I miss from the States (along with "Office Supply Stores that have 8.5x11" paper" )).

                            2 egg cheese omelette cooked in butter,topped with 1 Tbsp. salsa & 3 slices of bacon. A cup of Celestial Seasonings Madagascar Vanilla Red tea with 1 Tbsp. heavy cream & Splenda. Yummmmmmmmm!!!!

                                This morning was diced ham, green onions, spinach and cheese egg scramble. Along with my water and green tea!
