    Low carb Slim Fast, chocolate flavored. I find the drinks satisfy my hunger till lunch time and if I can't eat lunch on schedule I have an ounce of smoked almonds I munch on throughout the day.

      Half a cup of cooked oats/oat bran... and a quarter avocado. Often egg instead of avocado...or cold leftover meat...

        Two eggs, scrambled, with canadian bacon chopped up and thrown in, shredded cheese on top, covered with salsa. Yum! And to think, I used to miss out on this meal every day before Atkins!

        Calling it GOAL at this point. I'm happy with where I am now and hope to stay there, or maybe even take it down a little more.

          Bacon and 2 eggs today.

          Some other breakfasts I enjoy are bacon or minute steak (cut very thin) with eggs and/or mushrooms, omelettes of various varieties including herb, cheese and mushroom (I beat some grated parmesan with the eggs and cream, very tasty); cold cuts, or 3 corn bicuits with vegemite if I am not very hungry (it comes to 10 carbs) - this usually happens after a harder than usuaal gym workout. At the weekend I make the bacon cream I love (recipe is posted under recipes) with bacon or steak.
          Before Atkins I didn't eat breakfast at all in summer and used to have oatmeal in winter.
