Ok, so ive been doing the low carb thing for couple weeks now, (my 3rd week this week). Ive noticed my attitude changing, ive always had a short temper, but WOW...i get mad/frusterated over the easiest things now. I even find myself wonder "WTF did i get mad about that for"
I dont know what is causing this... is it just in my head because im missing caffine/sugars???? (THE GOOD FOOD :d )
