    MAybe my problem was I got the big BAG at sams not the tub..I can finish a ton of slad in 8 days all by myself. I'm gonna look for the tub at Sam's and give it a go maybe DH will nosh a few "weeds" with me.

      Here's a new one for you salad snobs out there.

      I found this totally by accident tonight at Walmart Supercenter in Florida, but I've seen the same brand in the West Virginia stores, so I guess its distributed throughout the US. Its produced in California.

      Fresh Herb Salad by Earthbound Farm Organic.

      It contains: Baby lettuces (red & green romain, red & green oak leaf, lollo rosa, tango), baby spinach, red & green chard, Mizuna, Arugula, Frisee, Radicchio, Parsley, dill, Cilantro.

      This stuff was amazing. The fresh herbs really add to the Spring Mix...I didn't even know that it was any different than any other spring mix until I started munching away and all the flavors were hitting my senses!

        Mmmmm...that sounds good. I can't wait to plant my lettuces this spring. Mesclun mix is my favourite.
