And if you go to the Food Category Explorer http://www.nutritiondata.com/explorer.html and move the cursor arouns, you can specify the carbs/fat/protein ratio and it gives you a list of foods. It has even got emu meat, so it is very comprehensive. And it includes a whole raft of fast food and propreitary choices (I haven't heard of some of them). There's lots more but I haven't finished exploring yet!
