Trust me, you aren't going to be very interested in baby food that you buy in jars...it's pretty bland. As long as you have a blender, or an immersion blender, you'll be better off doing your own foods.
About the baby food in jars, if you do choose to use them. READ THE LABELS! Many baby foods are jammed with fillers, preservatives, etc. It's a travesty that some of that stuff is fed to babies.
So I agree with Moochie, you're better off pureeing the meats and vegetables yourself--that way you won't be eating something you shouldn't be.
Believe it or not, eggnog was a beverage served to the convalescing patients in the late 19th and early 20th century. you can easily make a low carb version using heavy cream, eggs, water and flavoring of your choice.
I love egg Nog..homemade its legal...my mom taught us to make it when we were kids. if you are concerned with raw egg contamination you can use egg beaters they are pasturized.
Also I like Keto brand protein shake made in the blender with a little cream and ice...must use the blender. I like the orange cream flavor...tastes like a dreamcile..I used diet Sunkist as the liquid and a splash of cream.
I have a mini food chopper and I use is to chop up my broccoli and cauliflower and even celery (although have a paper towel handy to soak up extra liquid from celery), water chestnuts, or whatever raw veggie strikes my fancy. Well not lettuce or cukes, but you know. Then I mix this in with a couple TB of mayo, or sour cream or ranch or cream cheese. This makes a great dip, spread, baby food type thing and you can get in your veggies.

Chicken broth and spinach (or brocolli) in the blender make a great soup. You can thicken/add more taste with some parmesan cheese. It's very tasty and good for you! It's easy to have all the ingredients on hand, too!
I wish you well and as comfortable recovery as possible!
This one's easy! Here's what I eat for breakfast every day.
In the blender:
1/2 cup plain full fat yogurt
3 frozen strawberries
1oz. broccoli sprouts or 1/2 c broccoli
1 cup spinach
1/4 c blueberries
1/2 apple
1/2 cup aloe juice
1 tsp. flax meal
blend and enjoy. The shake can be watered down and depending upon your level the fruit can be dealt with. Though you might find the fruit to be satisfying as you are going to be limited as it is.
For your soups just boil up anything/everything in a broth and throw in the blender....return to stove and add some heavy cream.
Make it a happy low carb life!

Maybe use cream thinned down with water instead of milk if you are not yet at the dairy rung of OWL?

I like to take a can of low sodioum chicken broth, boil it and add an egg. Scramble the egg for a second and you have egg drop soup. I also use the beef broth and boil fresh mushroom and green peppers in it. They are delicious!
