      She is absolutely fabulous - the difference in the photos is absolutely amazing. AND - she's had the sense to do it young, not after carting the fat around for many years like silly old me!

          Betty, Everyone I don't know what to say I was Looking around saw the thread I never in a HUNDRED years thought you ment me. WOW I am sooo speachless and honored and I could Just Pelt tears.                   Thank you TeeJay a year ago I never would ahve thought I would be here now. I ahve had a lot of Bumps and Curves and setbacks But, I ahve always pulled through and went for it no matter what.

                            Sarah's hubby? From what I can tell, when he's home he locks her in the bedroom. Not by herself either. Hee. I know they are proud of you. I always tell you how proud I am of you. You are such an inspiration and I wish I could be more like you in many ways. I don't see any problem with your midriff area. I don't know why you say you won't get a bikini this year. You'd look awesome Babe!

                              AWW thanks sooo Much guys you are all too much.

                              As for the Hubby well every inche I lose it seems HE just can't keep his Hands off me He is sooo Very Proud and Just found out he Brags at work ABOUT me. WOW what a shock it made me feel sooo good. He has loved me not matter what though being heavy through getting HOT HE HE he is my Number one fan. OH an he loves my muscle they excite him rofl.

                              As for a tip when you are a newby and Just feel like you can't hold on for another day. I have a ton of tips LOL. The one that Works the Best is to Take LOTS AND LOTS of pics and look Back often if you even get an Urge to cheat look at those NO WAY NO HOW. Also a Big Lifesaver was also coco and cream cheese with Splenda to taste I have eaten that on many Occasions especially During TOM. I also Take Chromium which helps keep the Blood sugar in chaeck you can't just take any chromium for this it has to be Chromium Picolinate or I found it doesn't do a thing.

                              Also Exercise is a wonderful tool for stress and modivation, if you ever feel like you just can't then maybe go for a walk clear your head.

                              Fitness magazines I love to look at the fit women and think of myself being that fit. I have this image in my head that I picture every time I feel the need to go off I think of that.

                              Goals are a HUGE part of my success you have to have goals to strive for, make goals for yourself don't seet a time frame for you to get there just know that you will in time. That has always helped me I have always had goals and the power of being able to reach them is amazing and empowering for your self.

                              Instead of sitting on a chair when you are on the Puter Get an exercise ball and sit on the Bounce as the page loads you are not only sitting you are actually working your stability muscles your core and your posture you can't really slump on the ball.

                              I will Probably think of more things But the one thing I love to do and don't think I am weird is listen to Lulabies on CD something about the quiet ambiance of those tunes sets my mind at peace and relaxes me and sets me straight again.

                              Oh 1 more sorry I will be done soon HE HE. Peppermint oil, I have peppermint oil and for some reason sniffing thta helps me and funny I came accross an article that said Peppermint helped reduce food cravings now isn't that cool so what I do is have a bath put in some peppermint oil or just rub some on my wrists and elbow creases. I don't know whay this works but it does.

                              Oh and your question about where I am at. I am on OWL I was on extended induction for the first 7 months and moved to OWL after that. I love the variety and choices that OWL gives me.
