AHA!! Those 12 pounds were in the cottage cheese then!!

No stats. Not weighing anymore ever. Will post "before and after" pictures when I want to. The end.

Caleymarie, I can totally sympathize with you. I've been at it for 7 weeks, and have only lost 10 pounds and 10". I exercise every day for at least 1 hour, and do weight training too.

Validrouge, that is an amazing loss!!!! Over 26" in 5 weeks!!! Tell me your secret!

Re: down 12lb but where is it???

I know what you are talking about...I lost 11 pounds since Jan. 3rd and no comments from my fellow co-workers except and out side sales rep that I have not seen since the christmas party, she said "Carol, you've lost weight" ...so..like you said

the people we see everyday don't change that drastically to us

but those comments from those we haven't seen are great..

Don't forget that you even get fat around your organs! Something you won't visibly notice.

That was the conclusion I finally came to. 6lbs of cottage cheese and 6lbs of cushioning around my organs. I can not believe how much things have slowed down for me, and I have been working out a lot more!!!! Oh well, i am gonna keep on truckin'. A small loss is better than no loss and a **** of alot better than a gain!! Love you all thanks so much for the support!!!

Water weight doesn't show, but it's still there. Hiding. Secretly snacking I suspect. I tend to be a water retainer. You know, a person who gains 1,000 pounds in a week due to an errant one-night stand with a batch of salted McDonald's fries. Sister, when even your feet have cleavage, you know you're a retainer. Losing a huge amount in a very short period of time tends to lend itself to being a SpongeBarb Flatpants. IOW... a retainer.
