    Don't be so hard on yourself!!! Just 'Shake It Off' as Mariah would say!!!! You WILL get back on track, you WILL remember how bad cheating made you feel, and you WILL get below 165 and love it!!! My heart goes out to you, I wish I knew what to say to make you feel better!!! Anyway, I will be a 'no cheat' buddy also and we will all make it together!!! Take care of yourself, you are worth it!!!
    What would we do without it?
