    well until I became my mothers primary caregiver in May i was eatting about 115-120 net carbs a day and doing BFL lifting workouts 3times a week alternating upper and lower body with 45 min cardio afterwards and HIIT for 60 min 3 days a week with a free play day each week.

    I'm 69 inches tall and 168-171 pounds depending on which day of the week it is.

    Before i got back to the gym last month I had to cut my carbs back to 45-50 net and was only treadmilling and weighing 172-176 depending on what day it was.

        i am not as enthusiastic as brook and 2big. they tire me out with exercise! i am more along the lines of sadie.
        i'm 5' 1/2 " and weigh at 123 give or take. it seems to be where my body is happy and i am for all intentional purposes, at goal.
        i have been working out for 4 or 5 days a week for the last 2 or 3 weeks. about 3 days before that and was maintaining. as i work out more i can eat more carbs. i also, like sadie, have a journal in stats that i record everything in. i get around 35 to sometimes 40 or 45 carbs a day. some days are lower.

        i pretty much don't think about it anymore. i have ate this way for so long now that it's just habit to eat and not eat certain things.

            I'm actually glad to see the results of this thread, too.
            I was afraid that I'd see people with 200+ carbs per day on maintenance, and I'm nowhere near that. So, that would make me feel like I wasn't doing something right.

            However, you certainly need to do what's right for your body, and not necessarily rely on someone else's statistics to determine what's your "best case".
