I simply whip out my test results and show them that Atkins helps you improve your cholesterol levels! Shuts them up quick.

Yours might even be better!! I urge all of you lovely long-term Atkins followers who have been following the program by the book to have your blood taken. I promise, it isn't the huge pain you might expect. Many supermarket pharmacies offer this at under $20 ($27 AUD/£11), and you receive the results in a week - so, making a big, involved appointment at the doctor's might not be necessary.

My cholesterol is the best it's ever been, thanks to Atkins and exercise!

I like Sheila's idea - maybe I should start carrying my results with me to show to people.
