    I dunno about those facts, I DO know I was stalled too enormously at the beginning and after I cut the cheese out I immediately started moving weight again, so yah, it sure does have an effect.
    At the moment I have a major problem with sour cream, ok I keep to the allowance, but I do eat it every day and this thread just made me realise I AM addicted to it.
    So: No More Sour Cream for me for a while !!!!
    I did experiment with my carb-intake amounts, so I know I am not on a weight-standstill cause I have found my CCLL, so I think at this moment what does cause problems is the sour cream.
    And taking in LCDave's theory I think the same thing could be said about sour cream more or less, so it could have a similar effect.

            carbs are an option, just good ones like veggies!!
            What would we do without it?
