      My weigh in this morning..... I lost 4 lbs this week!!! woo hoo!!

      This was my second week of induction. Week 1 i had lost 8 lbs...so i have a total of 12 lbs lost in my first 2 weeks back !! yay!

          I don't know if we are still doing this, but.... I finally got off 165!!! I am so happy, I am down 1 pound! I hope you are doing good today, Diva!!! How are you feeling??
          What would we do without it?

            Well this morning I weighed the same 209.5lbs. Kinda sucks, but I guess its not a gain and apparently I should get a whoosh soon?I'm gonna hold on for a few more weeks and see what happens.

              I am so happy that you are sticking with this WOL Diva!!! At least you didn't gain, I had to tell myself that for two weeks (but I did lose inches). I know that this will pay off in the end for you.

                      I'll be happy to join up, but my weigh-in day is Wednesday morning. If you don't mind me always posting a day late, I'll chime in.

                      Last week: 247
                      This week: 242

                      YAY!

                      I did Extended Induction from 1/3 to 5/9 (2006) and lost 55 pounds, so I know I can do it again!

                              1 pound gone (can one pound be a whoosh??) That's my pattern: 2 weeks of nothing, and a 1 pound lost on the third week. Damn, but this is slow going!

                                Ok, its Tuesday morning!!! Hope everyone wakes up with the whoosh fairy! I am down 4 pounds from last Tuesay, which brings me to 160. I need ONE more pound to reach my mini-goal and finally beable to go to the nail salon. Since the fairy came to see me this week, I am sending her to you, Diva! I can't wait to hear how you did today.
