    Are you losing inches? because you could just be retaining some water. Water weight is heavy and thats why you might be gaining.

      nope........no inches either, actually I think I am larger now.Scale read again 212lb this morning.Tomarrow is weigh in.......so cross your finger I drop at least a lb.I've upped my water and am gonna be super careful with what I eat.Not gonna eat just to eat......gonna have 3 meals a day with the odd snack and thats it.This is what I have planned:

      Breakfast
      2 eggs
      1pat butter
      1 slice cheddar cheese

      Lunch
      4oz chicken cubed (no carbs)
      1/4 cup salsa
      1oz cheese
      1/2 cup raw cauliflowe
      2tbs ranch dressing

      Dinner

      1 primerib beef patty (no carbs)
      1 slice cheese
      2.5 cups salda
      2tbs creamy ceasar dressing

      water......water.......water.........no diet pop.

      Does this look ok?

        Depends on the dressing, I'm wondering what the fat % is. Greens look good though.

          The dressing is kraft with the "less than 2gr carb" logo on it.Isnt that what I am supossed to eat.As long as they are less than 2carb and dairy based with no sugar right?

            Okay, I'll join the weigh-in, mostly because I'm not doing so good with the weight loss. Thanks for starting this thread!
            I weigh myself every day...I know, not good, but I can't help it. Last Tuesday I was 136.
            Today, it's 136. I haven't lost a single pound in almost 3 weeks.

            I started induction on Jan 13th, lost the first 10 pounds in 3-4 weeks, and now it seems nothing is happening. I lift weights 3 times a week, do cardio 5 times a week, and I hardly ever eat over 1400 calories in a day. I drink my water, no caffiene, and no alcholol, and almost never cheat.

            so depressing.
            48f 5'5" currently in mentalpause

            Highest weight 150# on Jan 1st, 2006

            sw147/cw133/gw126

            Started induction 1/13/06
            Fell on my face 2/5/06
            Back on induction 2/6/06

              i haven't taken any measurments either, i am going strictly by weight! i will be weighing in Wed morning and posting my results.

                  So how has everyone done today? I hope you've lost lbs Diva217.5

                  I weigh myself on Monday mornings, Yesterday I was still the same weight - no loss this week - but it is my TOM. I am carrying on with an extended induction for now and see how I go.

                    I weighed myself today, and I am still at 165. That is ok, I feel great and I know I have lost inches. I haven't measured myself yet, but I can tell by how my pants fit. My face looks a lot thinner, also. I started OWL yesterday, so we will see how that goes. Hope everyone else has good news!!

                      This is my 3rd week (well, technically, I've done atkins a ton of times, and always come back for help). Anyway, I've lost 12 pounds so far. This morning I the red line was just under 190. Not enough to say I'm 189's, but I'm on my way to 175 as my next goal.

                            Still 136...no loss in almost two weeks. No inches either. Can't blame it on TOM...had all the plumbing taken out a few years ago.

                              Ok........and the drum roll please...............209.5lbs.Ok, so no big loss, but you know what ......after againing 2lbs as of yesterday, it was a huge sigh of relief to see my final weigh in day was an actual loss.I'll take it.It was a scare.......but I survived.
                              Well done everyone, and I really appreciate the help and support I got and for all of you who join me in my Tuesday weigh ins........more join if possible.Thanks
