        Well sunflower......................I gained .5lb...................wonderful isnt it?
        MS BLUE- I hear ya girlfriend.This is week 3 done and no weight loss.
        I have written down the ingredients for whosshie pie, and darn it.................i am gonna eat the whole thing until I start whooshing...............

              2 pounds this week; 186. Let me tell you, I had to fight the scale too, because I was plateau'd at 190 for over 2 weeks. That was VERY hard to no cheat when there was no reward on the scale. I'm hoping my body is back into "skinny mode" !

                  Thanks sunflower.I just got back from the store and will be making my "whooshie pie" tomarrow for dinner.Now I bought both the mild and the hot horseradish, does it make a difference?

                      oops! forgot to come in wed and post my weight..maybe cuz i wasnt too thrilled. I didnt lose a single pound on week 4 of induction..but i hear week 4 is commonly known as a stall week. my dad and son both lost 0 lbs on week 4 also..but hubby lost 2 lbs on week 4...he has SUCH a high freakin metabolism he makes me sick..lol. Last time he did atkins he lost 90 lbs in 5 mos..where as it took me a year to lose 81 lbs..and i was STRICT about induction..he was lax about it and often ate 30 carbs or more a day..sigh!! why does it have to be so much harder for me???

                        Good morning all!! I finally made my mini-goal!! I lost one pound this week. I set my next mini-goal for 10 pounds (20 pounds takes too long! LOL). I hope everyone else had a great week, I can't wait to see!!

                          I lost 1lb. Sounds measly, but it is 4 sticks of butter. (sometimes its easy to forget that a pound is actually quite a bit) I'd rather have it off my body than on it....I'd just rather have more off than on!

                          I am excited that I didn't gain this a.m. though...last night I had THE BEST FOOD!!! I don't know why, but I never though of using low-carb tortillia wraps for the crust of a pizza. I broiled it first so that it was crispy, then loaded it with goodies. YUMMIE!!!!!!

                            ooooh...little whoosh for me!!!! 2 pounds gone. I'm hovering right around 133 now. Now I have two weeks at this weight before I see the next one.

                            Since Jan 1st I've lost 17 pounds! I wonder if it will make a difference in my times at the NHRA race track. ****, I'm dragging everything out that isn't nailed down just to lighten the car, so 17 pounds should make a difference!!!!
