    Hey guys......glad some of you remembered to weigh in......well once again NOTHING,can someone please tell me why this is happening to me????I am soooo trying to be patient and eat right and exercise, but 4 weeks of nothing is a more than ticking me off......am I the only one who stalled immediately after induction and than nothing of a month?I am still doing Induction so this is a bit suprising.Help!!!!!!

      Unfortunately up l lb. from last week. Gonna chalk it up to water weight and look

            Diva, did you lose half a pound this week? It looks like you did.
            I know I said this before, but have you thought of taking the spit test for Candida? Have you looked in the forum? This may be your problem, and it doesn't hurt to check. I don't want you to give up, I know this WOL works. If there is anything I can do, please PM me. I love ya, girl!!!!

              I'm forbidden to weigh this week, due to Boot Camp.

              But I'll see you guys and gals on 4/5!
              Female / Currently on Extended Induction (again), begun 6/2/08.

              I did Extended Induction from 1/3 to 5/9 (2006) and lost 55 pounds, so I know I can do it again!

                Wow sunflower, you are doing awesome.I'm gonna hang in there another week, but honestly, if I havent lost any weight since Feb 28th, and dont again next week,I'll really have to reconsider that this just might not work for everyone.I cant keep going week after week depressing myself.Its just not good for me or my health.I can deal with a week or perhaps 2, but to go a month and not loose is a bit much for me.I have done everything that the "pros" have suggested including upping my workouts (cardio) to 5 days a week.I agree,this is a great way of life, and if I was at goal and was maintaining I would be estatic, cos it works there, but for loosing weight,I'm not sure it works for me.However I will give it another full 7 days and see what happens.
                As far as the "loosing .5lbs", thats just down from the gain I did last week, not down from the lowest weight.I only lost my first week of induction, and have stalled ever since, even throu I am still only eating induction foods.If anyone has an idea on how to get out of this stall..........my ears are open.Good luck everyone.

                  Diva - rather than giving up on Atkins why not start to move on to OWL now?
                  Many people have posted that staying on induction didnt help them lose weight more quickly but starting to climb the OWL ladder did!!

                  It can't do any harm to give it a go!
                  Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
                  Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

                      I'm just afraid if I cant loose eating 20carbs, how will I loose eating additional carbs?

                        You may not be losing because you are not eating enough nutrients and your body is scared to let go of the pounds!

                        Anyway why not try it for a few weeks? As someone else said here - whoever heard of someone getting fat from extra vegetables?

                        We have members who lost no weight for several months but eventually found that the scales started to move again for them, so dont give up !

                          Diva - It seem we are both in the same boat! I'm a newbie, and am still waiting for my new Atkins book to arrive in the mail, but have been stuck, eating induction foods, for 3 weeks. Even worse, I must check in at 213 (up 5#) today, compliments to TOM
                          On the bright side, however, my muscles seem to be improving. Can anyone tell me if you can gain weight by growing muscles from all the unaccustomed-to exercise while on induction?

                            Weigh in this morning sucked! i gained 1.2 lbs this week! I never cheated once! (i am hoping it is becuz TOM is due in a few days and its water!).

                            i am in the same boat as you! i didnt lose last week and i gained this week...i have been cheat free this whole 35 days and following induction by the book! This is my second time around on Atkins. In 2003 i lost 81 lbs and it came off quite easily and never had a week where i didnt lose! I started the meat, eggs and Fat program yesterday..i am just so frustrated..apparently 20 carbs is too much for me! The M/E/F will keep me under 5 carbs. I will let you know how it works for me!

                              Is it ok to eliminate carbs to get out of a stall?Can I just do a week of meat and protein and no veggies or salad?Will this help me?If it doesnt, do I finally realize this isnt working?
