    We started this because theres some people like me who havent lost at a fast rate, but need to see others loose and get the satisfaction of saying "way to go" or " dont worry, next week will be better".ITs not about who looses the most, its about support, and thats what I think most of us that post here do it for.You dont have to post here under this topic, if you dont find it necessary, but those of us that do, do it for the right reasons.

      Hello everybody!! Happy Tuesday Weigh In! I am down 3 pounds this week! I am so happy, I am over half-way to goal. Oh, I hope everyone else did as good or better than I did this week. Don't forget, I didn't lose anything last week. That seems to me the way the weight drops off with this WOL, nothing for a while then a whooshie.

      I am sending the Whoosh Fairy out to everyone!!
      What would we do without it?



      Mini-goal- 149 by June 1st. I can do it!!!

        I didn't lose any weight this week (well, I was down 2 lbs on Thursday, but I've been having salami and packing on the water retention) I KNOW BETTER!!!

          Y'all quit hoogin that whooshie fairie! Not much going off here - 206... maybe it is new muscle replacing fat? Been diggin' trenches for the new retaining wall in the front yard.If I get to my mini goal by 6/23, Mom's getting me a new swimsuit.

            OMG......I was so lost when this site was down.Almost 2 full days of no posting or reading.....I am so glad your all back........I was truly lost.
            Anyway, down 1.5lbs this week, so if we can keep this pace ya wont hear me complaining so much.

                    You talked me into it. My weigh day is Tuesday also. I was still at 245 last weigh in (but started the Gym and started retaining water). I did check my inches today (actually checked 3 times in each area because I was in disbelief) and found I have lost a total of 4.5 inches off of my body since 3-9-06!

                    I have to say that I really needed that boost

                      If you ladies don't mind - I'd love to join in on the weekly weight loss weigh-in. I am always so inspired by reading everyone's journeys, and in cheering everyone else on - I've began to cheer for myself - and s-l-o-w-l-y but surely, my weight loss ticker keeps moving down. Thanks to everyone for being such "realistic" inspirations to me.

                              Good morning all...I missed Tuesday's weigh in.

                              I've finally made some progress...down 3 more pounds. I am now 3 pounds from goal!!

                              I haven't been under 130 pounds in over 10 years.
