      A great big CONGRATS to everyone this week - for not only losing - but for continuing to try. I too have had some pretty off weeks - and have to continue to remind myself to not give up - as long as I'm trying, I am at least doing something, and for that I should be proud.

      So for me - not great, but I did lose 2 more lbs, which brings my not so grand total up to 11 lbs so far .. I am soooooo struggling with trying to do a clean induction - I also need to up my excerise (which other than my 5 mile hike on Saturday, was nonexistent this week) and reach my water goal. Any suggestions, would be greatly appreciated.

      On a more positive note - although not everyone would see it that way - I tend to blow it when I get extremely stressed out - and yesterday was definitely one of those days!! I wanted to "cheat" so bad at least 3 different times - instead I made some pumpkin and cream cheese mix and ate a few strawberrys - definitely not one of my usual "cheats" and I managed to stay strong, not slip out of deep dark ketosis and have started today on a much better standing (although I did eat a few nuts earlier) Alright, I'm going to really try hard this week, exercise, water and all and see what I can make happen!! and best of wishes to ALL of you!

        Hey all.......didnt get here on Tuesday to weigh in , so better late than never. Still the same 204lbs, but hanging in there.Weights been kinda up and down the last few weeks, but for some odd reason it always gets back down to 204 on Tuesdays.......its like it knows......creepy isnt it?
        Anyway I am hoping for a big drop this week so I can get to that wonderful place called Onederland.I hear its pretty nice there.Havent been there since last year, so am aiming to get there soon.
        I also want to get into my last years clothes, I dont want to buy summer stuff only to dontate it cos it doesnt fit anymore.
        Am glad to see there were some really good loses this week and wish everyone a strong and loosing week.Way to go ladies........(men.....are there any men that weigh in?) :0

          Congrats to all the big losers in here!
          I lost 3 pounds this week, bringing my grand total to 50 pounds lost! YAY!
          Female / Currently on Extended Induction (again), begun 6/2/08.

          I did Extended Induction from 1/3 to 5/9 (2006) and lost 55 pounds, so I know I can do it again!

            Good morning!! I am still at 155, but I think I will try giving up nuts this week, and see if that makes a difference. I added spanish peanuts, and I made a choc/peanut butter cheesecake last week (low carb). Too yummy!!! Portion control a bit hard with that, so I will save that as a treat maybe for 4th of July. I am not upset, but I do want to hit my mini-goal of 149. I can't remember the last time I weighed in the 140's. I hope everybody lost this week, good luck all!!!
            What would we do without it?

                WooHoo, Woo-hoo-hoo! Now I'm starting to get excited - 200 this am - hope it will not go back up!!! It's been so long since was below that # I can hardly wait to see the 199!!!!!

                Roasted chicken during the day today w/celery & cream cheese; dinner is skillet chicken breast tenderloin w/peppers & onions cooked in bacon grease & topped w/mozzarella.

                I sure wish I could eat more than 4oz cheese, though.

                Isn't it great to be a loser!

                  Another week down and another 4 lbs. gone!!!! I am truly enjoying this whole process and am happy that things are going so well. I am 6 lbs. away from my mini goal for May!!!

                        Check this out! I hit the 15 lb. weight loss this morning. Boy was I happy. I dug out a size below jeans from my pile and slipped them up. They zipped with NO PROBLEM. Actually, I think they would have fit a week ago as I actually have some room! I can't believe it. The weight is coming off so much easier with all this support on this website. I am SO THRILLED!

                          No loss to report this week. . Kinda bummed out. Was hoping to hit 160 by this saturday. Doesn't look like it will happen. Maybe I can make it to 163 making it a 20 lb loss. So here's looking for the whoosh fairy between now and Friday night.
