    Target weight overall: 140lbs/28"waist/UK size 12

    Target date: 3rd August 2007...is this do-able?
    restart date: 21st May 07 175lbs

    NO CHEATING COMMITMENT: 1st goal 4th June - DONE! 2nd goal: 21st June DONE!! Target: 3rd August - Down to 150lbs

      Woohoo for you. I started at 183 and only lost 4 lbs. during whole 2 week induction. Congrats!

          Hi everyone. Well.... I'm not sure what to post. I weighed 237.5 last tuesday, and 234.5 this tuesday based on my digital scale. My scale shows a 3 pound loss, but then I weigh at curves (and they have one of those doctor scales) and it is not moving. It shows 239.00. Normally their scale shows about 2.5 lbs more b/c of clothes, but now it's like a 4.50 difference. What do you guys think?

            not to be too much of a conspiracy theorist but I know a coupla guys who are trainers at the gym and they jimmy the scales to everyone thinks they weigh more - pure evil, no?

            Also, at the end of the day I always weigh a whole bunch more than first thing in the morning so I now avoid the scales in the evening like the plague.

            And another thing, doesn't lactic acid, and all the water you drink whilst working out add a fair bit?

                Sounds like everyone has had a successful week I am down 3 pounds from last week (it could have something to do with the 67 fence post holes I dug over the past week). This brings me to 234 which is 2 lbs under my first mini goal and a total loss so far of 28lbs.

                      Hey...Great Idea posting weight...I weigh in at home on mondays...but I will post weight here on tuesdays ! I've

                      done Atkins before, with better results...Kinda stressful because I'm doing everything right this time...This is day
                      10 for me...I started at 221.5...as of Monday I was 214.5...
                      So I'm down 7 lbs...Of course I got on the scale this morning...
                      (which was dumb )Gained a half a pound...I usually let that
                      be my reason to eat carbs...but not today...I'm so ready to be
                      a loser...scrambled eggs and bacon for breakfast...My first
                      goal obviously is ONEDERLAND, but my ultimate goal is 155...
                      More Later NOTTHIN !!!

                        Well...Memorial Day weekend was great...went camping, went to a funeral (not fun), built a fence...needless to say, I "strayed" from the Atkins program but am actually quite pleased with myself as I still showed some type of restraint and did not go completely crazy as I have pre-Atkins. Long story short, I am retaining lots of water and was blessed with TOM on the 25th (just in time for the holiday weekend

                        I wasn't going to weigh myself today because I know that I am retaining lots of water as the skin on my hands are tight....but I figured that with the good weigh ins I must also divulge the bad...today I am weighing in at 237...this is up 3 lbs from last week...Hopefully I will be back to 234 by next weigh in.

                        I hope everyone had a great weekend regardless of their weigh-in!

                              Great Job boonie stomper! I had to buy a new suit for the funeral I attended and was pleasantly surprised that I had to buy a suit 2 sizes smaller than when I started Atkins! (started Atkins in size 22 pants...currently I am size 1. What a great feeling!

                                Hello all - I started doing atkins two weeks ago to the day -- i am not too happy with my overall results of my induction (-4.5), so i will be doing induction again. I would like to be a part of this "tuesday" weigh-in since i usually weigh myself on tuesdays. I see the support yall give eachother and its great! I just wanted to introduct myself. hi
