Tuesday Weigh Ins-join The Challange

    49/f 5'7" Start 2-27-06 SW222/11-18-09 @ 160-ish/G135-150ish??

    Doin Miles, Flights, & Kid Ketchin'...
    2 Ab Chal's; 6WEC#27 slug-Free; & more; 50# LOST in'06-
    but regained ~20# in '07 in less than 3 weeks! And again early '08 ...Was in HEAVEN -got to 150, for awhile, then got too busy, and gave in too much... and... OK holding pattern "keep it together..."

    .................OMG how did I fail AGAIN

      Down to 232.5 which is a 1.5 pound loss! My lowest is 231 and I will probably be back there soon. I always gain a bit on the weekend, probably b/c I don't work out as much. Good luck to everyone!

        Hello everyone!!
        Here for my weekly check in....

        3lbs lost since last week, total loss of 14lbs in 3 weeks of being on Induction! Goal 1 is met!


        26 yr 5'2 F
        Did Atkins on and off from Feb 2005 until April 2008. Fluctuated between 15 st 1/211lbs and 11 st 1/155lbs.
        On different weightloss programme from 28th May 2008 start weight 14 st 11/207lbs.
        Current weight 10st 3lbs/143lbs.
        Ultimate Goal Weight 9 st/126lbs.

              Just doin' my weekly weigh-in. Lost another 2 (I am hoping it would be more, but i am on TOM)! But 2 is better than nothing! best wishes to all who weigh today!

                  Still standing at 163, all the scale has done since Mid may has teetered and tottered. I want to lose! 160 was my setweight for a long time so think my body just doesn't want to let me go lower.

                  Here's to a better loss next week.

                    OK LADIES...............WHERES ALL THE TUESDAY WEIGH INS?????
                    I did ok this week, lost the 1.5lb gain from last week and luckily took off another 1lb, so my loss is 2.5lbs this week.
                    Getting to wonderland is taking me a long time.I am officially at 200.5lbs .UGGGHHHH!
                    The oddest thing is, that yesterday I forgot my veggies (running all day), and lost those 2.5lbs overnight.Does that mean my body will only loose without any carbs?Should I just take my multi vit and forget the veggies for this week to see if thats the problem?Would be interesting to see the results.

                      Been there done that... You stand a good chance of loosing doing it, yes, and quickly, too...as well as getting constipated, increasing your metabolic resistance, and maybe even getting a case of gout or acidosis.

                      Please don't do that. It is not a healthy diet without the veggies. Not to mention you'd be missing out on all the micronutrient content in them that you'd miss even taking your vits.

                        That's all I have to say.

                                Yesterday I was down 2lbs from last week. Get in!
