I weighed myself on Friday and was 170lbs!! During my Bday weekend I drank quite a few units of alcohol so I wont be weighing myself for at least 2 weeks. Alcohol causes me to stall and I'd rather not weigh myself and know how much I've gained and wait 2 weeks than weigh myself next week and see that I've gained a few lbs and get depressed. If you know what I mean!
26 yr 5'2 F Did Atkins on and off from Feb 2005 until April 2008. Fluctuated between 15 st 1/211lbs and 11 st 1/155lbs. On different weightloss programme from 28th May 2008 start weight 14 st 11/207lbs. Current weight 10st 3lbs/143lbs. Ultimate Goal Weight 9 st/126lbs.
What exercise do you do? Are u on extended induction?

I'd also like to join! I usually do the weigh in on Mondays, but I will gladly change it if can assist or help anyone new!! I lost 50 pounds in just over 3 months, and still going, another 2 yesterday!!

Weighed myself and I am at 190 right now after 5 days.. Have lost about 6 poounds in the last week! Should get much better once I get to the gym starting next Monday! :0)

I would love to join this weigh-in. My name is Sharon. I just started Atkins induction yesterday 8/1/06. I did Atkins 5 years ago and went from 205 lbs to 147 lbs in 8 months. Then with stress, job loss, move and just plain not following the diet, I put back almost all of it. So I am more than ready to get back on track. Here are my stats so far:
