. The first time, I dropped my weight really quickly but did not really learn that much about myself. Also, my skin seemed saggier due to the quick loss. This time, I don't struggle with thoughts of cheating or going off plan. I don't feel like I am sacrificing anything either. Every week, I am just so proud that I am in the right frame of mind for this to succeed as a permanent change in my life - the weight loss for the week is all gravy on top of that. Sounds hokey but I swear it is true!
