    I drank the same yesterday, I'm saying that I most likely consumed far more sodium. Please pm me instead of posting in this thread. The weight gain occured two days after this was done, on whole foods, and is dissapearing almost as fast as it showed.

      Okay, I've had to go back and look at the dates in this thread. On March 2 you did your experiment. On March 3 you ate eggs and some bacon. On March 4 you posted your post-experiment weight of 148 (on another thread, you posted it was 150). And this post:

      I'm only posting this on the thread because I'm sure other people following this have noticed the same thing and it will save you from answering alot of PMs on the subject.

        Pineapple, there are a lot of interesting facts that not2late is bringing up here, that a lot of newbies will find useful - the water drinking being one of them.

        I think it deserves to be read by everyone, not just in PM.

          I don't want this to turn into a bad thread. I'm worried 2late's upset. I'll most likely make this my last post, just to help the thread die down.

          2late, the dates you have are just a tad off. Here's a few links. My weight right now is 146.37, but I'll update it tommorow if it goes down to 145. I've gotten a lot of PMs, they were supportive, and that's how I've gotten to finally start meeting people on the board.

            lets see exactly what your eating that day turned out to be andthe results.

            you said it was going to be a frankenfood day but it turned out to be a Slimfast low carb type meal in a bar and can day type experiement instead of frankenfood gorging as promised.

            you had a bar and candy for breakfast which was frankenfood (and the only frankenfoods you had for the day) and your belly bloated. That would have gotten much worse having frankenfood for the rst of the day had you continued your day like that but you switched to sugar alcohol free foodsthe rest of the day according to your posted menu from topic one which you filled in later.

            the cans have no mythicsal magical counting noncounting carbs Atkins Chocolate Decadence is sugar alcohol free as we can all see from the nutritional label in post48 ofthis topic so that was not a frankenfood you had for the remaining 3 of your meals. there is no difference between having a Atkins shake and a home make protein/flaxmeal bowl of cereal in OWL except the added chems in the can.



            The day after the bars and meals in a can your body told you it had missed some stuff and you had a craving day which you satisfied with bacon and eggs. had you eatten at your atkins phase and had your veggies with those eggs and bacon you would have had some fiber to move things along and not backed up in the bowels as you posted in your weight loss through bathroom experience topic yesterday.

            So the result were
            eat frankenfood,
            get bloated afterwards,
            next day have cravings and not eat responsibly for your phase of Atkins, ( unless you had the veggies and other foods you were supposed to have which you didn't post about),
            resulting in a weight gain and constipation 2 days later.
            DId I miss anything from your experiment? any additional data not included in this topic?


            Looks like frankenfood eating did effect you negatively even just the one bar and one candy bar you had. Just think if you had continued to eat that way the rest of the day how much worse the resulting cravings would have been. you would have experienced the bathroom effects too. Thank goodness you had folk who cared about you present to help stop you and get you back on plan as you posted about.
