I'm having a really tough time at the moment. Although I haven't gained any wieght (in fact, I've lost more) I am having to alter my plan severely due to illness.
I have had tonsillitis followed by a secondary throat infection! My throat has been so swollen the only things I have been able to eat are soup, yoghurt and sugar free jelly
I got the secondary infection yesterday, so after a week back on plan, I'm back to soup and yoghurt!! Soups are really high in carbs! Been too ill to make my own!I'm trying to get back on plan as much as possible, once I'm at a size 12, I can then move on through OWL, and I'm not far off....but just keep cheating little bits here and there (they are only little cheats not every day or huge ones) Like, over the weekend we had a take out Curry, I had a Korma, but no rice or bread)
Just feeling a little bit worried that I'm going to slack and pile it all back on.....
