I have another question, how do you get through your two litres of water at the weekends? I'm usually so busy and running around after my step daughter that I forget to drink! Work is no probs as it's next to me.
This isnt going to really help you much, but I generally dont have any problems with water on a saturday, as I work in a country pub. Water on tap and loads of pint glasses to drink out of.

Sunday, however, i have to force myself to drink it.

      Re: Mayonnaise...

Mine is flaxseed meal used in recipes.

Wannabe in many of the recipes that say add cream cheese the cream cheese texture is altered in the cooking and you don't even taste it nor feel it in your mouth. The only mayo i use is mixed with chopped raw garlic or wasabe powder as a topping for broiled veggies, fish or skinless chicken. I hateed mayo before Atkins and still can't stand it as just mayo.

Can mayo stall if you use 3 or 4 tablespoons a day?
well that will depend on what else you eat that is a fat. if you check the sample menus in DANDR the added fat is measured in teaspoons not tablespoons per serving. Many folk go crazy adding fats to their foods thinking that is how to do Atkins. Not2late has a great stickie about fats in the induction section showing how little added fat we really ned unless we are buying low fat or no fat protein sources.

I tried to use the Duke's mayo, because of the no sugar thing, but it was gross. So I'll stick with Hellmans. (My grandmother loves Dukes, she has us bring it to her in N.Y. or buys a bunch when she is down south.)
