  • The scale is not the only way to see results!! I promise!

    Ok, I have been stuck at 165 for 10 days. This was beginning to bug me, but I decided to try on my size 12 Tommy jeans that I could not button without fear of a ruptured spleen the day I started this WOL. I put them on and buttoned them, and wore them all day and they were very comfortable!!!! I was thrilled to say the least. I showed my DH, and he said he could tell my tummy is getting flatter. I can also see a difference in my cellulite, my legs are getting smoother.
    I guess my point is that no matter what the dumb scale says, this WOE works and as long as you do what you are supposed to you will see results.
    Oh, and I fit into my size 12 pants!!! YAHOOOOO!!!!!!
    What would we do without it?



    Mini-goal- 149 by June 1st. I can do it!!!

        thank you!! I just wanted to make sure people didn't get discouraged by the scale and give up. There is so much more to this WOL than just what the scale says!
        What would we do without it?

                          Thank you Below30!!!! I just don't want anyone to give up, EVER!!!! This WOL works, and its worth sticking with it, even if the dumb scale doesn't move as fast as we all would like it to.
