    A little late on the scene, but I wanted to say congrats too sunflower!!! GREAT JOB!! It is always so nice to have something surprise us...especially when it is such a big accomplishment!! keep up the good work!

        Oh yes!! Those jeans are LOOSE and so comfortable now!! When I wrote this post, the legs were a little snug, but not anymore!!! Like I said, this WOL works!!!
        Thank you everyone, the support here is so important to me. I love everyone here on ADBB.
        What would we do without it?

          Great job, and congrats for not giving up! I was in the same boat you were, i gained 3 pounds in 1 day , i almost got mad, but the beautiful people at adbb stood beside me, assured me to stay with it, that it was only water that my bodt needed at that time, and the next day those same 3 pounds were gone! Keep up the good work!

            Congrats! But yeah.... measurements RULE! Without this discovery I would have given up on Atkins a LONG time ago.

            Keep up the good work... Also ... read "Weight Loss is Not Linear" which is a pretty good thread.

              thats great bec i am in the situtation as you. i was losing on waist but the scale wouldnt budge and now one week later i have lost another 2 pounds. so yr weight will also go down. and you know what i have just bought size 10 capris ... this weekend ... now i am worried what suddenly if they feel too loose for me to wear . does that mean new clothes again !!!!
              My weight - 136

              After 1st week -134

              After 1st week and 2 days - 132.

              After 3 weeks - 130

              MY GOAL WEIGHT - 120

              27/F/5'1.
