      I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

        Not only allowed but encouraged!!

        Unless you are badly affected by carb withdrawal (what we call induction flu) and feel ill, regular exercise will stimulate your body and encourage fat-burning too!

          exercise is always a good thing... as much as you can!
