over the last few days i have been really paying attention to what sets off cravings, irrational hunger, and overall badness in my life.... and i have found some really interesting things
1) If i sleep in past 9 am i feel hungry, lazy and gross alll day long....or i should say if i sleep more than 8 hours
2) if i don't eat untill dinner...which unfortunatly was possible when i was filling my empty belly with cream and coffee....if i do this as soon as one morsel of food hits my mouth i go CRAZY and get sooo hungry
3) if i don't excercise.....For me EXCERCISE IS KEY...this may not be for all people but i just don't get ANY results nor do i feel good or look good if i don't excercise for at least 45 a day....and i realized that i can't half-as it either my body can tell
of all these things the most fundemental for me is the exercise...when i get that down the entire day is great...also i really perfer exercising in the morning...since i live about 30 min away from the gym and i have some morning classes i have been having trouble going to the gym first thing...but now i think that i am just going to have to force myself too...plus getting up early puts me i a better mood than getting up late.
what things do ya'll do that you know helps keep u ontrack or that def gets u derailed???
