Re: Running Tomorrow
SORRY I forgot to post my results!
This is in my age group 30 - 34
Jennifer McClain 34
1st 5K Place: 118 Time: 39:44.3 Minute Mile: 12:20
2nd 5K Place: 109 Time: 39:13.1 Minute Mile: 12:39
Chip Time: 1:17:27.2
Clock Time: 1:18:57.5
I increased my mile by 30 seconds from the last 10K.
It was so hot....it was around 85 or so when we finished. I probably would of done better but i felt so heavy with the 100% humidity and the heat.
Overall it was great run. Was hoping i would better my time even more since i wasnt running in a monsoon this time. But hey...30 seconds is 30 seconds...LOL!
Thanks for all the well wishes!
