HA...that's what I used to think. I would always see you guys (like you knew more than me
) touting fitday so you could keep track of your food. Yeah, right...like I had the time or the effort to enter the foods in that I've eaten. I was doing Atkins...I knew what to do...and how much I was eating...what did I need Fitday for?
WELL let me tell you!!! What a difference it has made! To be able to track my foods and see the percentages of each, modify my intake if necessary...it's great. I don't know why I was so hesitant to do it before. I guess I didn't think it mattered, but it sure does. I've seen the inches melt off in the last 10 days since I've been keeping track and getting the proper percentages of food. It's almost too good to be true.
So all you guys that roll your eyes when Fitday is mentioned.....suck it up and do it. These guys really do know what they are talking about.
