Hello everyone, Newbies, Lord help us.
I'm sure I already know whats going to be said but as they say "the only dumb question is the one not asked." So here goes.
See I am carb junkie and an over-eater of the worst kind. So I started this diet and I'm trying my best to follow the induction rules to a "T" and here is where the BUT comes in.
I get up, get the kiddies off to school, start drinking my water, take my HYDROXYCUT, then wait 30 minutes to eat my breakfast (eggs).
BUT this morning after taking them I just happened to turn that bottle around and found that ALOT of it is tea extracts and it does have caffeine. NOT GOOD I KNOW
(the only caffeine I ever have in a day)
But what scares me is that I tried to eat the other day without taking it and over ate, then two hours later I was hungry again and ate again.
I don't want to fail at this diet, any info would be helpful.
