  • honey???

    can i eat honey and make honey butter???Im on my 10th day of induction and i havent cheated.Wanted to make sure.

    cw/233/lost 7lbs.since march,13 2006
    gw/180/for now,want to eventually be 145

    I can't wait to know the new me!

      Nope. If it's not on the Induction foods list (read the book), then leave it alone.

              Sugar is natural. So are potatoes. All of em come out of the ground. Doesn't make it healthy or good for weight loss.

                  Burt's Bees has a new honey flavored chapstick. But if you crave honey that might not be a smart way to go

                    I am not sure what honey butter is but if it is just butter mixed with honey you could use some of your 3 servings of sweetener to beat some splenda into butter to top pancakes or similar foods once you reach goal weight.
                    I would wait till then as you might find succumbing to a sweet tooth early in your weightloss journey counterproductive.
