    REFORMED PEEPAHOLIC HERE .. RACING PAST EVERY DISPLAY AISLE OF THEM IN EVERY STORE WITH BLINDERS ON ...

    AND NOW?

    I WENT THROUGH 34 HOURS OF LABOR TO GIVE BIRTH TO A CHILD WHO NOW BRINGS HOME PEEPS AND TEMPTS ME WITH THEM, REMINDING ME OF THE DAYS WHEN I COULD DOWN AN ENTIRE BOX AT ONE TIME!! HAS SHE NO SHAME?

    Kids of all ages seem to looooove torturing their parents! Just challenge her to an endurance run in exchange.

    Peeps don't do anything for me at all. I've always found them pretty disgusting. Now Cadbury eggs - that's a different story.

      Those peeps have a shelf life of about 11 years. Just what kind of chemical keeps a food product from turning green with mold for 11 years. Pox on the peeps!!

        I love your idea of challenging her and will be doing just that 5 weeks from tomorrow as she and I are both signed up for the Disneyworld "Women Run The World 15k". She's already predicting I'll be miles ahead of her!

        Oh man .. a box of slightly stale peeps, caramel corn and a regular pepsi ... that was my idea of heaven. Now the thought alone sends me into sugar rush!

        The shelf life of peeps in my house? About 11 seconds.

          I love em love em love em.

          I already found a low carb recipe for marshmallow for later on.

          I have to avoid that entire aisle in the supermarket.

            I can live without the peeps, but the Cadbury eggs!!! My favorite, I just love them (well, I used to). I don't even look at that stuff, I just wheel the cart right on by! I am glad my kids can't shop and bring them home.
            What would we do without it?

                Stale Peeps are the best, theres something about the chewyness of them.Now my hard thing is the Laura Secords Easter Eggs.I have always had one (or two!! LOL) of them each easter, and its hard to come to terms with the fact I may never have one again.

                HEY DOTsAMANTHA.....CAN YOU list how to make the low carb marshmellows????

                    Oh god the peeps. and the cadbury eggs. my favorites... the malted milk ball robins eggs.

                    My best friend said she was goign to make me a cadbury egg- a softboiled egg with hamburger around it. (and the girls a vegetarian, bless her heart!)
