It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!
I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

To add to what the others have said, Dr Atkins described the order in which we add food groups after induction as the Carbohydrate ladder, and so we refer to the levels or stages of this ladder as being the 'rungs'.Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
