      That does look good Amanda! I love fish, pretty much any type. Don't get near enough because I'm the only person who eats fish here....and as much as my husband argues, Gorton's fish sticks do NOT count!!! LOL

      Lisa, I grew up in a household where bacon and onion went in the pan...and only after did they decide which vegetable to put in it LOL

        Tonight it's nothing special - shirataki noodles in a spicy ground pork sauce.

        But last night was great - pork stir fry w/bell peppers, soy sauce, mushrooms, onions, and most important - COCONUT OIL. I love that stuff!
