I agree with you! I too do not waste my carbs on anything but fresh fruit and veggies. Grains well I can live without. If I do eat grains it's sprouted bread or quinoa only. I don't like the idea of dreamfields either.
Last night I made a fabulous dinner
chopped :
cucumber
tomato
avocado
red pepper
tossed with shiritake noodles and added olive oil/garlic/balsamic blended dressing
Fabulous and that's what I had for dinner. For dessert a 1/4 cup shelled sunflower seeds.
