I baked a cake!

No ****!

I did a batch of 6 fairy cakes made with whey protein n stuff...first time I tried to bake anything since I set the kitchen on fire 12 years ago....Damn those honey muffins! The mental scars still havent healed....

I didnt burn the kitchen this time and I didnt throw up after eating one!!!

Does this mean I'm like an honorary woman now and I can start hanging out in the womens locker room and showers in the gym?

Big Bad Johns fairy cakes

Makes 6 fairy cakes

28g butter
22g coarse wheat bran
60g soy flour
33g whey protein
half cup water
one eighth teaspoon glycerine for shortening
10g splenda
1 egg
quarter teaspoon salt
60g sugar free peanut butter

Complicated instructions:

MIX EVERYTHING TOGETHER WELL

PREHEAT OVEN TO GAS MARK 4 (350 degrees f)

PUT INTO FAIRY CAKE BAKING PAPERS THAT HAVE BEEN BRUSHED WITH OIL

PLACE ON METAL TRAY AND BAKE ON MIDDLE SHELF FOR 30-35 MINUTES

Hard eh?
