    do you have the nutritional value for the whole recipe or even for 1 cake? 100g is meaningless since you didin't say what the gram total for the recipe was.

    here are the US measurments for you atkid whenit says about be slightly under the amount given and rememeber it isn't an induction acceptable recipe.

    PLACE ON METAL TRAY AND BAKE ON MIDDLE SHELF FOR 30-35 MINUTES

    Hard eh?

    Nutrition? :Per 100 grams:

    594 Kcal, 6.75g carbs, 21.8g protein and 7.75 g fibre

        Thanks 2big, what is it that is not induction friendly, I am not on induction but have only added back veggies so far, so guess the peanut butter is out right. Guess I will be passing on them for now.

              The soy flour like the peanut butter is a legume product!
              Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

                Also the wheat and the whey are not induction friendly.

                    I mean, you could have butter, water, glycerine, splenda, egg, and salt... but I'm guessing that might mess with the integrity of the recipe
