OK yup I know it's a balancing act but seriously I aam having a little Problem figuring out how much I can eat. My CCL is 65 pretty awesome gotta love that on Weight days I can eat well over 100 but, I don't. I am eating seriously around 2000 calories a day and well Staying the same basically. I am finding even know I am in ketosis and eating within my CCL I am having troubles figuring out where my body loses weight it seems I have to drastically drop my calories to see any dip on the scale like I mean drastic seriously I don't lose unless I am eating around 1200 calories a day even with my stupid exercise what is up with that. I am doing it right feeling great just wondering what is up with that.
