I totally dig sashimi!! It is just usually more pricey because they aren't getting to fill you up with rice!
That's an excellent thread link, Karen! I had issues with the bitterness of cauliflower at first, as well. I found when I boiled the **** out of it, it helped some. I bet with a little soy sauce and the wasabi mixed with vinegar and the splenda it was probably pretty well masked. I may have to dig up some nori next time I am at the store and make some veggie rolls. I love making rolls.
P.S. Karen, I haven't forgotten your lizard! I promise. He will probably get done this week cause I gotta spend some time in the glass room getting ready for a pretty major sales call next week. It will be sooooo nice to make an income again!

Today I made Chicken Fajita Club Spinach Salad.
Pan fried chicken with cumin and chili powder, sliced thin, sauted mushrooms and Vidalia onions, covered in Monterey Jack Cheese & crisp bacon and served on a well made bed of sexy spinach. I gave it a dash of ranch on the side for an occasional dip (everything must have a condiment) and took my time eating it. It was soooo good.
I just pulled up a post with Heidi's new pic in her siggie and it d@mn melted a whole in my flat screen monitor. It just couldn't handle the hotness!! *fans*
